Company: TransTrack (A Constellation Company)

Project Background: The goal was to enhance lead generation, create a dynamic and transparent sales pipeline, and drive meaningful engagement with prospects.


Challenge: We faced budget constraints and the need to train staff while operating with a lean team, making efficiency and adaptability critical. 

Solution: We implemented a dynamic CRM seamlessly integrated with our website and email platforms. This enabled streamlined deal tracking, effective lead nurturing, and substantial improvements in email engagement metrics, including open and click-through rates.

Results: The initiative delivered exceptional outcomes, accelerating pipeline velocity by 24% and increasing overall sales by 45%, successfully achieving and surpassing company objectives.

The strategy included targeted social media efforts, strategic cold calling, and a robust email outreach plan. This involved both engaging cold leads and nurturing relationships with existing prospects to maximize impact.

Results: Our campaign delivered outstanding results, increasing coach fleet sales by over 52% and significantly expanding our sales pipeline with new opportunities.

The campaigns were designed to re-engage customers, boost brand visibility, and nurture leads through the funnel.

We launched a comprehensive PR and communications campaign focused on rebuilding trust and awareness. Key actions included:

  • Promoting public awareness of transportation access and special offers.

  • Revamping the website to enhance user experience and accessibility.

  • Transforming the brand voice across all media channels to be more approachable, inclusive, and community-focused.

Informational Booklet for Grants and Legislature

Company: Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority

Project Background: Apply to our local and federal leaders to change legislation and receive grant funding.


Challenge: The state guidelines prohibited the CCRTA from working with Texas A&M-Corpus Christi University to test Autonomous Vehicles (AV) in conjunction with the Unmanned Aircraft program. 

Solution: We worked with various local and state leaders. We lobbied at Congress and sent our book with different AV possibilities so they could make an informed decision. 

Results: We successfully pleaded our case, along with other transit authorities, received grant funding, and tested the vehicle with the University.

Community Partnerships to Increase Awareness and Positive Sentiment

Company: Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority

Project Background: Our goal was to increase ridership, highlight the benefits of public transportation, and emphasize our role as an integral part of the community.


Challenge: In South Texas, public transportation faced a deeply negative perception. Overcoming this stigma required a fresh approach to reshape the narrative and foster community trust.

Solution:  I partnered with local nonprofits, businesses, and the military to transform our buses into mobile billboards that celebrated pillars of the community. This initiative was supported by a guerrilla marketing and public relations campaign that highlighted local benefits and showcased partnerships with prominent organizations, including:

  • Selena Quintanilla’s Fiesta de la Flor: Collaboration with the Corpus Christi Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Quintanilla Foundation.

  • Corpus Christi Army Depot: Honoring Red Ribbon Week.

  • NAACP: Celebrating Black History Month.



Results:

  • Achieved a 13% increase in ridership.

  • Doubled public sentiment positivity through increased media mentions.

  • Increased community engagement by 100%, as measured by social media interactions and campaign participation.

This campaign boosted ridership and transformed the community's perception of public transportation as a vital and celebrated resource.
